Waitress service is available at a cost of £45 per waitress for the first six hours. Each additional hour is charged at a rate of £8.50 per hour. Waitresses are to be paid direct by you on the day. When calculating the number of waitresses required, 1 to 10 for a sit-down, 1 to15 for a buffet.
